Rutland is pleased to announce two senior appointments within Armitage; further strengthening the management team. James Sheppard is appointed International Commercial Director alongside Vicky Metcalfe who is appointed Head of Innovation & Portfolio.
James has a passion for inspiring and developing winning teams to deliver shared goals. He has many years of unique experience working within operating boards to develop and set company strategy within ‘Blue-Chip’ corporations and start-ups, which is backed up by his outstanding record of delivering results in the branded Food & Beverage marketplace. A strong team player he is ideally placed to drive forward Armitage’s distributor business within the European region.
Joining him is Vicky Metcalfe, who will be managing Armitage’s new product development. Vicky is a tenacious, senior FMCG leader with a proven track record in large, medium and small businesses. With over 20 years of experience in developing portfolio and brand strategy she is highly motivated and always prepared to challenge the norm; and is ready to lead the innovation strategy and implementation to develop a winning portfolio for Armitage.
