At the recent Online Retail Awards 2014, Buy As You View (BAYV) won the coveted title of Online Retailer of the Year.
The nomination for the award came following a strategic turn for BAYV, with a new focus on developing an online environment for their customers. The objective was to reduce the cost of acquisition to improve the company’s offering to its customers and improve the quality of credit applications.
With this objective in mind BAYV has developed a brand new, mobile-friendly responsive website, which is responsible for nearly 80% of their credit applications. The website is supported by a significant geo-targeted PPC campaign, SEO marketing, optimised mobile advertising, a comprehensive email marketing strategy and paid ads on social media.
