Nick joined the Rutland senior management team in 1987, shortly after its formation.
He has been actively involved in the development strategy, leading direct investments in Thamesport and Castle Music in addition to the 2001 conversion into a private equity fund, of which he has been Managing Partner since 2005.
Nick has been responsible for a wide range of investments including Interfloor, CeDo, Attends Healthcare, Brandon Hire, Millbrook, Maplin and Pizza Hut and is currently investment lead on WN VTech. His role has also encompassed fund raising, business development and recruitment.
Prior to Rutland, Nick was an Oxford law graduate and spent seven years with BZW in the UK and Australia.
