Three new appointments have been made within the Millbrook Leadership team: Arnaud Boulanger, Chief Operating Officer – Test & Engineering; Kirsty Andrew, General Manager – Special Vehicles and Carl Field, Director – Vehicle Conversions.
Arnaud Boulanger will join Millbrook in July bringing with him a broad experience of test and engineering, from engine assessment to whole car development. The majority of his career has been spent at Renault Sport in France and the UK, most recently holding the position of MotorSport Director at Renault Sport Technologies, developing and supplying competition cars to a variety of customers. Previous roles include Head of Process Engineering and Reliability. In his new role at Millbrook, Arnaud will be responsible for all Millbrook test services and the engineering group, offering a more integrated test and engineering service to Millbrook customers and leading the development of Millbrook’s facilities and capabilities.
Kirsty Andrew has previously worked for Cranfield Impact Centre, Rover Cars, Williams Advanced Engineering and Cosworth. In her new role as General Manager – Special Vehicles at Millbrook she will be responsible for Vehicle Conversions, Armoured Vehicles and Special Projects. After successfully attaining a Business degree from the University of Bath, Kirsty has spent much of her career working in the automotive and motorsport industry. She brings with her a wealth of experience in operations management, business development and engineering, making her ideally suited for this role.
Carl Field has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in engineering, production and supply chain processes in vehicle conversions and has established extensive business networks, which have proved invaluable during his time at Millbrook. As he takes on the role of Director – Vehicle Conversions he will utilise his many networks to expand Millbrook’s business within these areas.
