Omar Group Appoints Director of Customer Services


Rutland is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Drew, Omar Group’s new Director of Customer Services.  Scott’s appointment will enable improvements to the customer journey through the implementation of processes and procedures.

Scott has significant industry and customer care experience and a history of consistent achievement.  He joins Omar from NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) where he was Head of Customer Service & Head of Site.  Prior to that, he held the position of Property & Portfolio Director of Awaze, Europe’s leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business, which includes brands such as Hoseasons.
