Pizza Hut Investment Timeline

Rutland is delighted to announce that Pizza Hut will be opening its first new restaurant in six years within the 65,000 square feet leisure extension of the popular White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds.
An investment of £1m has been made in the restaurant, which will generate 50 new jobs.

The disposal concludes an extremely successful investment for Rutland Fund II.
