The 100 most powerful people in the restaurant industry have been published in this month’s Restaurant magazine. The list features Pizza Hut UK CEO, Jens Hofma, who, following one of the biggest ever restaurant brand overhauls in the casual dining space, joins 19 others in the top 20 boardroom members.
