Walstead Group Investment Timeline

Walstead Group, the leading pan-European commercial printing group, has announced its preliminary unaudited consolidated trading results for the 12-month period ending 31 December 2017.
These results represent the group’s first full year of trading following the acquisitions in June 2016 of Polestar’s Bicester printing facility in the UK (renamed Wyndeham Bicester) and Leykam Let’s Print in Austria.
Walstead Acquires NP Druck

Walstead Group Aligns all Operations under Single Walstead Brand

Wyndeham Group is being rebranded and integrated under the parent company name – Walstead. The name is being integrated in the first quarter of 2019 and the Wyndeham brand will then cease to be used.
Headquartered in London, Walstead Group is the largest independent commercial web offset printing business in Europe. Founded in 2008, Walstead employs 4,400 staff at 19 production facilities in the UK, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Poland.
