Business Manager
Aten joined Rutland in 2018 with responsibility for the administration and day to day running of the office.
She expanded her role initially as Office Manager, responsible for the efficient management of the office and facilities, health & safety, procedures and other administrative duties. Most recently, her role has expanded to Business Manager, combining her existing role with additional accounting functions.
Prior to Rutland, Aten worked at H&M’s Global Sales & Operations department in Sweden as a Business Requirements Analyst and Business Expert supporting the Sales and Store operations world-wide by building modern retail solutions.
