18 Jan 2024 Chris Lynch Promoted to Investment Manager
Rutland is delighted to announce the promotion of Chris Lynch to Investment Manager.
Chris joined Rutland as an Investment Executive in July 2022 from PwC, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before spending three years in their Financial Restructuring team, part of which was spent on secondment to Blackstone Real Estate. During his time with Rutland, he has been involved in the development of Rutland’s investments in JSM and Southgate, as well as sourcing and evaluating potential investment transactions.
Commenting on Chris’ promotion, Mike Harris, Managing Partner, said: “We are delighted to promote Chris to Investment Manager, which he thoroughly deserves for the outstanding progress he has made and his contribution since he joined Rutland. We very much look forward to him developing his responsibilities further with Rutland going forward.”
