David is a Partner at Rutland with responsibility for all aspects of originating, delivering and managing investments.
He joined Rutland in 2008 and has been involved in numerous transactions including JSM Group, HCC, Omar Group, Millbrook, Brandon Hire and AFI-Uplift with a number of further acquisitions made by these businesses. David Currently sits on the boards of JSM, HCC and Omar Group.
Before joining Rutland, David was a Director at Close Brothers Corporate Finance, now DC Advisory, working on a wide range of private equity, public and restructuring transactions principally in the manufacturing and business services sectors.
David graduated from Durham University with a Masters in Engineering and Manufacturing.
