David Wardrop

David is a Partner at Rutland with responsibility for all aspects of originating, delivering and managing investments.

Since joining Rutland, he has been involved in numerous investments ranging from primary buy-outs, including owner-manager transition deals, to carve-outs and business transformation deals with M&A and international expansion often a key part of the value creation journey. Investments include JSM Group, Millbrook, HCC, Omar Group, Brandon Hire and AFI-Uplift.

Before joining Rutland, David was a Director at DC Advisory working on a wide range of private equity, public and restructuring transactions principally in the business services and manufacturing sectors.

David graduated from Durham University with a Masters in Engineering and Manufacturing.
