Ben joined Rutland in 2001 and became a Partner in 2008. He originates and executes deals and is responsible for our investment in Armitage Pet Care.
He has led or been involved in a number of deals including Armitage, Total Rail Solutions, Gardman, Cedo, BAYV, Pulse Home Products, H&T Group, NoteMachine and The Music Group.
Prior to Rutland Ben trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and then spent two years with their corporate finance team in London.
Ben has a BA in Economics from the University of Exeter.
