JSM is pleased to announce the appointment of John Leahy as its new Chairman with immediate effect.
John brings with him a wealth of experience, joining JSM from Doughty Hanson following an 18 year career, where he was a Partner and Head of the Value Enhancement Team. During his time at Doughty Hanson John has been involved through the full cycle of the investment process from pre-del DD, IC, management change and resource focus.
John has an outstanding record of working with management teams to create value through organic growth, business transformations and turnaround in the industrials, services, FMCG and Healthcare sectors. His appointment will further strengthen JSM’s management team in supporting the company’s growth plans in its core markets and assisting them in further developing the business in its next phase of growth in complementary areas.
